1. PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between RKFX, a trading and education platform based in the United Kingdom (referred to as “Company,” “RKFX,” “we,” or “us”), and the user (referred to as “Client,” “you,” or “Customer”) who purchases our services through our website rkfx.co.uk.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

RKFX provides the following services:

• Educational Forex Courses: Including but not limited to the “Basics of Forex Trading” (£500) and “Advanced Forex Trading” (£1000) courses.
• Digital Downloads: PDF guides, video tutorials, and exclusive tools.
• Online Training & Mentorship: One-on-one or group mentoring sessions delivered via video conferencing platforms.
• Community Access: Limited access to private forums, discussion groups, and periodic webinars.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• For purchases over £500, payment can be made through credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or Revolut.
• Invoices are automatically generated and sent to the customer’s email upon successful payment.
• Subscription or installment options, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the checkout page.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued once access to any course or material is granted.
• Exceptions may be made under rare circumstances, at the discretion of RKFX, if a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved within 72 hours.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, materials, videos, texts, and graphics provided are the intellectual property of RKFX.
• You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content solely for personal, non-commercial use.
• Copying, redistributing, or reselling the materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. DISCLAIMER OF FINANCIAL ADVICE

RKFX does not provide financial or investment advice. The content provided is strictly educational and for informational purposes only.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RKFX is not liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, capital, or data, arising directly or indirectly from the use of our services.

8. TERMINATION

RKFX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if the client breaches any term of this agreement, including misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
